The West Orem Place website is a means of keeping up with the news and events in our neighborhood. Do you need alterations or additions made to your home? Now all the documents can be downloaded from the “documents” page. Need access to your HOA? Now there is a contact form or email address to communicate directly with the HOA President, or the Management Company. Our new website is meant to be updated monthly. West Orem Place neighborhood is located in Houston (77045 zip code) off West Orem Drive and Almeda Road. West Orem Place has 317 single family properties with a median build year of 2006. Our subdivision is close to Madison High School and Montgomery Elementary school. We are conveniently accessible from Buffalo Speedway or Hwy 288 South. Our subdivision is surrounded with restaurants, sporting facilities, and parks.

Trash pickup is on Fridays in the West Orem Place community. City-provided containers must be placed at the curb between 6 p.m. the day before and 7 a.m. on the scheduled collection day. Remove containers from the curb line and/or public view by 10:00 p.m. on the day of collection and stored in a secure location.
